1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to access and resell Genix Suites.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or abuse of the platform occurs.

2. Branding & Resale Rights (White Label)

Genix Suites provides you with a white-label SaaS platform, meaning you can fully brand the software as your own.

While the technology is powered by Genix Suites, you and your business operate independently and are responsible for how you represent your brand.

You may not resell or duplicate our original Genix Suites trademarks, content, or training materials as your own — but you can freely market and sell the platform under your own brand name.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize Genix Suites (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscription renewals are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or yearly basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

Setup fees are charged one-time per account.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant access nature of SaaS accounts and digital products, all sales are final.

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime to prevent future charges. No prorated refunds are provided.

5. Success Disclaimer

Genix Suites provides the tools, automation, and white-label platform to support your business.

Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and strategies. We make no guarantees of income or specific outcomes.

Many of our resellers see significant success — but it comes from commitment, learning, and execution.

6. Updates to Terms

Genix Suites may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates and/or changes to these terms.
